The website www.tradesfolks.in is an electronic web-based platform operated and managed by Tradesfolks Pvt. Ltd. for exchanging, exploring, and enhancing business opportunities online by enabling users to search for and interact with suitable companies.

Your access to and use of this website constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

All users are required to read, understand, and agree to these Terms before accessing or using any services provided through the Site (“Services”).

The Services are available only to individuals, firms, companies, or other entities that are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Upon receiving a legitimate complaint or notice, Tradesfolks.in may review the relevant content and may, at its discretion, remove, restrict, or disable access to the disputed listing or content.

Tradesfolks.in shall not be responsible for information, data, listings, or other content provided by Users where such information is outside the Company's knowledge or reasonable ability to verify.

Tradesfolks.in reserves the right to delete or remove any listing, advertisement, profile, or other content that it reasonably believes may violate applicable law or the intellectual property rights of any third party.

4. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms apply to each Paid Service in addition to any terms and conditions specifically applicable to that Paid Service.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms applicable to a specific Paid Service, the terms specifically applicable to that Paid Service shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

Tradesfolks.in may amend or update these Terms at any time by publishing the revised version on the Site.

Continued use of the Site or Services after revised Terms have been published may constitute acceptance of the amended Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. MEMBERSHIP & ACTIVATION

Where applicable, membership may be activated within 2 working days from receipt of the applicable activation charges and required information.

Web pages, profiles, listings, or other promotional materials may be created based on the information and approvals provided by the Member.

The time required for creation, review, or publication of such pages may vary depending upon the information, approvals, technical requirements, or other circumstances.

No relaxation, refund, extension, or adjustment shall automatically be provided solely due to delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tradesfolks.in.

6. SERVER & TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

Certain infrastructure, hosting, or technical services used by Tradesfolks.in may be provided by third-party service providers.

Access to the Site and Services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical problems, network failures, cyber incidents, security issues, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Tradesfolks.in.

Tradesfolks.in shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or business interruption resulting from such circumstances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. REGISTERED USERS

Where the Registered User is a business entity, the User represents that:

a. They have the necessary authority to bind the entity to these Terms;

c. All information submitted to Tradesfolks.in is true, accurate, current, and complete.

12.4 Business Directory & User Information

By becoming a Registered User, the User acknowledges and agrees that business information submitted to Tradesfolks.in may be displayed in relevant business directories, listings, trade leads, catalogs, marketplaces, search results, or other promotional areas of the Site.

Any use or sharing of personal information shall be subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and law.

12.5 Suspension or Termination

Tradesfolks.in may suspend or terminate a Registered User's account where it reasonably believes that:

a. The User has breached these Terms;

b. Information provided by the User is false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading;

c. The User's conduct may result in financial, legal, security, or reputational risk to Tradesfolks.in or other Users; or

d. Termination is otherwise permitted under applicable law.

Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice may be provided.

12.6 Prohibited Email Use

Where Tradesfolks.in provides any email or messaging facility, Users shall not use such facility for:

• Spam or junk mail;
• Chain letters;
• Unsolicited bulk communications;

• Threats;

• Any other unlawful or prohibited activity.

12.7 Transfer of Account

12.8 Refusal of Registration

Tradesfolks.in reserves the right to refuse registration or deny an account, User ID, password, or access to any User where permitted by applicable law.

12.11 Promotional Use

Where permitted by the User's selected Services and applicable law, information submitted by Registered Users may be used for online business promotion, including display through relevant divisions, affiliated ventures, third-party service providers, or search engines.

12.12 Intellectual Property

Registered Users grant Tradesfolks.in a non-exclusive right to use User-submitted content, including business information, product information, images, descriptions, and intellectual property supplied for publication on the Site, solely for operating, displaying, promoting, and providing the relevant Services.

12.13 URLs

URLs, profile links, webpages, and other web addresses provided or generated through Tradesfolks.in may be modified, suspended, redirected, or discontinued where necessary for operational, technical, security, or business purposes.

12.14 Primary Number

The Primary Number feature may be provided to improve the experience of visitors and assist Paid Members in receiving business enquiries.

Where a call to a Paid Member's Primary Number is missed, Tradesfolks.in may contact the caller on behalf of the Paid Member for the purpose of facilitating communication and helping ensure that a potential business lead is not lost.

This feature is intended as a support service for both Paid Members and visitors/users seeking to fulfill a business requirement.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradesfolks.in shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Site;
• Interruption or unavailability of Services;

• User-generated listings or information;
• Technical failures;
• Unauthorized access or cyber incidents beyond the Company's reasonable control; or
• Actions or omissions of other Users or third parties.
